About the job
 The role of the CAD Engineer is to support the engineering work with CAD, engineering and implementation tasks, planning and procurement support.
Main responsibilities

  • Design in 3D CAD
  • CAD engineer to assist the commercial projects and design end-fitting, auxiliary systems, (Deck)-layout drawings, Reel assembly drawings ect.
  • CAD engineer will work mainly with project engineers and commercial project teams.
  • Work will consist of creating GA drawings, Component drawings, manufacturing drawings for steel milling and Lathe works
  • Asist in the purchasing of the machined parts
  • Is familiar with CREO V2 & V4
  • Quality, efficiency
  • Internal communication with Project Team, Project Engineer etc.
  • Speaks English and/or Dutch

Skills and experience

  • Vocational education (MTS) Mechanical Engineering (6 year experience) or Bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering (4 years experience)
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
