About the job
Airborne Oil & Gas is upgrading its production plant for manufacturing Thermoplastic Composite Pipe (TCP). You are the project manager responsible for the successful execution and completion of manufacturing improvement projects leading to increased capability, capacity and robustness in production. The projects can range from process modifications, to equipment upgrades, to capex, to Lean improvements.
In this role you will manage project teams, internal stakeholders, supply chain partners, and contractors. You will deliver projects in budget and on time, with particular attention to a sound and safe working environment, while adhering to applicable regulations and the AOG quality system. Project success will be measured in plant productivity, equipment robustness, resources, planning and budget.
This role requires a hands-on mentality, a self-starter attitude, pro-active communication skills and excellent people and project management skills. You take full responsibility for scope that is allocated to you, and you are used to taking the lead and focus on objectives and results.

TCP is a revolutionary product that enables Airborne Oil & Gas to become an important supplier to the oil and gas industry. The application of TCP allows for change of the current ways of working and enables more cost-efficient project execution. You will report to the Head of Projects and lead multi-disciplinary project teams, which will be staffed from the manufacturing engineering and manufacturing development teams.
